We are specialists working with Architects in the built environment. Our mission is to match high quality professionals with high quality firms where common values and parallel professional interests intersect.

As a relationship based firm with a small staff, we focus our limited time on a small number of search assignments and spend the balance of our time developing and maintaining relationships with the strongest, most passionate and accomplished architects in the country- the top 20%. Our goal is to represent as many of those high quality architects as practical. Often times we act as a broker or "agent" for senior level architects who measure others by their same high standards and demand mature, sophisticated professional representation and confidentiality. We start working with architects that have as little as 10 years experience, but generally work with exceptional professionals with 15 years or more experience.
